CityGuide ME may be completely run from memory card without the need for a previous installation of program components*.
This very attractive feature of the software benefits from the fact that there is only a short way from the administrator's local installation of the software to the finished product. The flowchart below explains how the production of digital storage media is laid out.
1. Requirements:
A CityGuide DMS Service Pack
Components of your choice to be included in the
CityGuide ME Version
Data and source maps prepared for the production
2. Data Encryption
The component "Secure" encrypts your data and source maps in order to make them unavailable to third parties.
3. Production of the MasterCopy
After you have exported and encrypted the memory card version of CityGuide ME, you can produce the "Master-Filesystem".
If needed, a copy may be sent to Webnologic IS for check-up prior to the production.
The finished version will be installed on the memory cards.
4. Media Production at the Factory
The finished memory cards will be produced at the factory following your specifications.
5. Delivery
The finished media will be immediatly sent to a specified address.
